Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Who Can Participate?
  • The referral program is open to individuals and businesses who refer new clients to Media Bar Productions.
  • Employees of Media Bar Productions are not eligible to participate.
2. What Qualifies as a Successful Referral?
  • The referred client must be a new customer who has never worked with Media Bar Productions before.
  • The referral must sign a contract and complete payment in full for the project.
  • If the referred client cancels or does not complete their project, no commission will be paid.
3. How Is the Commission Paid?
  • The 20% commission is calculated based on the final invoiced amount (excluding taxes or additional fees).
  • Payment will be made via check, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or bank transfer within 30 days of full project completion and payment receipt.
  • The referrer is responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations on the commission received.
4. No Self-Referrals or Discounted Deals
  • You cannot refer yourself or your own business.
  • Discounts, promotional pricing, or barter deals do not qualify for commission.
5. No Spamming or Misrepresentation
  • Referrers must not misrepresent Media Bar Productions’ services or make false claims.
  • Spam referrals (e.g., mass unsolicited emails or cold outreach to random businesses) are prohibited.
6. First-Come, First-Serve Attribution
  • If multiple people refer the same business, the first referrer who submits their details will receive credit.
  • The referred client must acknowledge the referrer at the time of booking.
7. Program Changes & Termination
  • Media Bar Productions reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.
  • Any referrals in progress before termination will still be honored.

 ***If the Referrer earns more than $600 in a calendar year, the Company may require a completed W-9 form (U.S. only) and issue a 1099-NEC for tax purposes.
